Bought an 1890s Victorian terrace and wanted a thorough survey. This report was exceptional — 48 pages covering every element of the property, detailed photos, clear explanations and repair cost estimates. Worth every penny and more.

Had a Level 3 survey on an Edwardian semi. The surveyor was on site for nearly 5 hours — very thorough. Report arrived in 6 days and was detailed, clear and well-organised. The follow-up call to discuss findings was very helpful.
